ATM Debit Cards

• We do not accept ATM debit cards.

Check / Money Order

• You may mail payment by check or money order to to the mailing address provided on the Contact Us page of our website.

• Please note in the comments section if you are paying by other means and/or that you will contact us by phone with credit card information. We will hold your order until payment is received and funds are verified.

Please note Arizona Resdients will be charged 7.9% sales tax on each order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard Shipping

• Lena James Trends Co. uses USPS Priority Mail service for shipping within the Continental United States. One pair of crytal flip-flops ships for $8, each additional pair ships for $4. For Hawaii, one pair ships for $9.50 each additional pair ships for $5.

  International postal rates vary. Please inquire by e-mail with your city, country and postal code If you require other delivery options additional ship fees will apply.

Express Shipping

• If you require a rush please specify in the comments section a date when placing your order. We will ship your order by USPS Express Mail with an extra shipping charge to be determined by your zip code. 

Delivery Date

• You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with approximate delivery date and the total for your order.

Rush Orders

• If we are unable to accommodate your rush order we will notify you by e-mail.
